Using Refillable Cartridge -

Refillable cartridge is similar to Bulk ink system with relatively lower tank volume. Again, Installation which needs technical support is one time job. After that operator can easily top up inks into bulk ink system. Ideal for large to mid volume users.

Buying Re-manufactured Cartridge –

Best option for low volume customer without any technical skills. But cost wise, most expensive compatible ink option.

Cautions:

1. Proper technique to be used for each type of plotter cartridge to maintain proper pressure inside cartridge.

2. Residual ink in plotter cartridge should be removed before refilling.

3. Dust free and clean room environment needs to be maintained.

4. Plotter Ink to be stored in controlled temperature between 10 deg C to 30 Deg C and away from sunlight.

5. Carefully selected and correct inks need to be considered for refilling purpose.

Thus right method and careful technique to refill compatible plotter inks onto your plotter cartridge can reduce your print cost without causing any damages.
