How To Troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue in Your HP Laptop?

Solution-1

  1. Disconnect the Battery and Adapter
  2. Press & hold the power button on your device for 30 seconds
  3. Now, just turn on the unit and check whether the wireless lights are on or not

Solution-2

  1. Visit Device Manager and uninstall the wireless drivers under the Network Adapter tab
  2. Restart the unit and check if the light turns on
  3. Make sure these drivers are always up-to-date

  1. Restore your system to the time where you last remember that it was running smoothly
  2. If this wireless networking was ok in the past but there was an issue with its connectivity, then go for Microsoft restore to restore your device
