How to Start and Stop the Services Manually on Windows 10

by Johnny Potter Office Setup

Windows 10 is better and smarter than any other previous Windows version because it has lots of apps like Windows Search, File Explorer, remote access, networking and many more. So when Windows 10 uses these programs in the background, you don’t have to interfere in the process until you want to stop it. Along with it, the system works pretty well, and it also manages your apps and services quite impressively. However, sometimes these apps and services won’t work properly, so during the period, you need to manage those apps manually.

Well, there is nothing wrong in making the program work manually, but it’s not always a preferred choice. So whatever is the case, you can stop or start the services in Windows 10 by using some services like Task Manager, Services console, PowerShell. All these different services will allow you to enable or disable specific apps programs.

How to Manage Services by Using Services Console

Using the Services Console is a simple process to start, stop, enable or disable single or multiple working services on the Windows 10.

3.    Double-tap on the following service that you are willing to stop.

4.    Tap on the “Stop” key.
