  • Firstly, move to Control Panel in your system.
  • Then, look at all the icons correctly.
  • After that, press on System and Security.
  • Next, hit on System Maintenance.
  • Lastly, press on Next and have patience till the system troubleshoots and solves your issue.

Note: If even after troubleshooting your problem doesn’t get solved, then don’t forget to do a reboot after it.

Solution 3: Use The System File Checker

If your documents start getting corrupted, then at that point, you should use System File Checker

Read the steps given below to use the System File Checker-

  • Firstly, write cmd in the search bar, then press on the Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
  • After that, in Command Prompt, write the command ‘sft/scannow,’ then tap Enter.
  • Have patience till the verification to get over completely.

Note: As soon the verification gets over the screen will display ‘verification 100% complete.’

  • Lastly, immediately after the complete verification gets over, write down ‘exit’ in Command Prompt and tap on Enter to switch of the Window.

Solution 4: Scan For Computer Viruses

Your system may stop working if there is the presence of Virus on it. So thoroughly scan your device for viruses. It will be a bit time consuming but will help to avoid a long term issue.

  • Sometimes, ‘Windows Defender’ may not be able to get the virus even if it is present on your device so try some other antivirus app.

Solution 5: Do a clean boot

It enables you to begin Windows without working its non-Microsoft services. This will let you know the reason behind the problem. After doing the reboot, switch on the devices individually to be able to understand what was creating the problem in your Windows 10.
