1. Quit the QuickBooks application and then relaunch it

● On your keyboard, press Alt+Ctrl+Del together. It will launch a menu in front of you. Please select the option Task Manager from it.

● Once clicked, it will open the Task Manager of the system. Select the processes to tab in the Task Manager menu.

● A list of active running applications will show up. Scroll down in it until you find QuickBooks in it.

● Click on it and select the option End Task/End Process button at the bottom right of the Task Manager window. Click on Ok, in it prompt you for any confirmation.

Once you have completed this process step by step, then you will have exited the application completely. Now relaunch the application in your system and start the payroll update. If you still encounter the error, then try the next solution.

2.   Downloading the latest tax table

It is important to keep the tax table updated as it may also cause the application to show the error PS107 in the system. ● Open your QuickBooks application, go to the Employees tab from the menu, and click on Get Payroll Updates.
