How to Put Your Business Trade Name

by Tamara S. Consultant

The commercial name of your business is fundamentally important for several reasons.

The most important probably is that over time, the name of your company becomes your brand. It becomes your client associates with an experience. And that’s when that image becomes a powerful attractive force for more customers and more business.

But every entrepreneur’s dilemma is how to find the most suitable name for my company?.  How to choose the perfect name for my business ?

So here I share other ideas that can be taken into account to find that name that makes you feel not only comfortable but at the same time give you the power of attraction of which we speak.

Make sure it is an easy name to remember. Part of the success of a good business name that it’s easy to remember and to become a brand. Short names tend to have that feature and the proven success that many companies have taken advantage of this concept very well. For example, McDonald’s , Coca-Cola, Toyota, Nokia, American Airlines, and so on.

Make sure it is a name easy to pronounce. Associated with the previous point, if it is easy to pronounce, it is easier to remember. Complicated names, foreign words and names can be ineffective compounds to position itself in the mind of your customer. Preferably choose a name for your business that is in your language.

Select a name to convey the role of your business. This is not a rule and in fact only a few companies make use of it leaving the client complete clarity what you find. Like any name, much has to do with marketing and image that work behind him. For example: “The House of Curtains”, “Payless Shoes”, “Planet Internet”.

Choose a name for marketing strategy. The phone can be very adept at this. For example, “Tigo” and “Sure.” All their slogans and campaigns have used these words to form messages that the customer does not forget.

Find a name ingenious attention. A tip that may work well is to find or invent a business name that is very striking, funny or even controversial. This may create an immediate impact on the consumer for the world to forget what’s your business. For example: “Burger King”, “Bimbo”, “The King of Fashion”, etc..
