How to keep count of all the links opened via Instagram

Instagram is one of the most popular social media applications worldwide. It has become the number one medium to share pictures and videos. This means that whichever link you have opened will not show up in your default browser history but Instagram keeps an account of all the sites you have visited. Step-By-Step

1.  Launch the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone

2.  Go to your profile by clicking your picture in the bottom-right corner

3.  Click on the three-line icon in the top-right corner

4.  There will be three options available, Click on your activity

5.  A “links’ tab will appear

6.  Click on the tab

After you have clicked on the links tab, there will be a list of all the links you have ever visited using the in-built web browsers. Instagram provides the list in reverse chronological order. To revisit any page, you just have to simply tap the link. In case, you want to hide a link from “Your Activity”, all you have to do is long-press and select hide. It is worth noting that when you hide a link it will only be removed from the list and not Instagram’s servers. Facebook uses these links to create a personalized experience while using the application.

Additionally, there is also a “Hide History” option that will conceal your entire history from the “Your Activity” page. Once you hide your history, you will be unable to undo it. However, you can always access these links by downloading a copy of your Instagram data. After you hide your history you will have a clean slate but any new links you click on will appear in the “Your Activities” tab.
