Tap on Discover.
Select one tvOS.
Input the password and username of the developer to log in.
Choose the restore image of tvOS for Apple TV.
Press the Applications close to the top of a page.
Hit the blue Download option to the right of Xcode 10.
Install the Xcode 11.
Attach Apple TV to power.
Connect the TV to mac via USB-C.
Open iTunes.
Choose the TV when it displays.
Hold down the Option key and tap to Check the Updates.
