How to Identify That Your Child is Depressed

by Onlineinternational Astrologer Consult the Best Astrologer
It's a surprisingly high number of children that turn out to be depressed. If you are not consciously looking for signs, it will be hard for you, as a parent, to check if your child is going through any problems or not. It is not like you can go to a black magic specialist in hopes of curing all the problems, you must remember that every kid is unique and there are many differences, there are some signs that are definitely something that you should look for. There is no definitive sign that says the same, but here are some signs that you should definitely look out for:

  • Negative feelings that last for more than two weeks can be a sure sign that your child might be in depressed. For a teenager, their focus is on them and their own problems. This makes them feel like a failure in the face of everything that other people are doing. This makes it easy for them to kick their self esteem into nothingness. A couple of days in gloom is okay, but if the isolation lasts for longer than two weeks, you need to be aware of the fact that your child might be depressed or at least prone to it.

  • When there is a loss of enjoyment in the activities that have already been established, i.e. if your teen switches off the activity switch which means that he stops paying attention to the things that he was before. It is okay, if he or she decided that he wants a “shift” but it is definitely not okay if they turn to apathy, lethargy, and passing time doing nothing.

  • If there is a sense of restlessness, or a lack of motivation in school, you should take it as a red flag. This often turns into children skipping schools, avoiding going to school, academic performance dropping across all the subjects, etc.

  • If there is a marked increase in irritability and impatience, you can always think that your child is going through “puberty” but this might actually be a result of depression that you might take too long to realise.

  • If there is a marked change in appetite, be it them having no appetite, or them having too big an appetite- it is a marked sign of depression. If they suddenly put on or lose tons of weight, you might want to take your child to a  doctor to have him or her diagnosed and eventually cured.

  • Social isolation from friends and family is also something that you should beware of. If your child refuses to open up with you, you should try asking his or her friends who might actually turn out to be a lot of help.

You can use the tried and tested methods of mantras and poojas by having a love vashikaran specialist suggest you some ways in which you can get your child to focus again, but it is better to take them to psychotherapy sessions where they can get real help from certified doctors.
