How to get instant money!
by Bruce F. Entrepreneur I was doing my APS "Daily Mission." and I stumbled upon someone asking, "How to get instant money?"
Except for APSense affiliate; Angela, the diesel generator chick, who said "Hard Work". All the other answers were lame! So I wrote a non-lame answer too.
Here on APSense, someone asked the question: "How to get instant money?"
Define "instant", it varies from person to person, place to place.
If you asked Dennis Rodman today, he would probably say PotCoin is instant!
Working Hard is a good foundation, you learn to recognize and respect others who are hard workers too! And when you build working Smarter on top of it, Watch Out!
Are you starting with $zero dollars?
40 years ago in his book "Creating Wealth", Robert Allen called me the "Anything but cash guy" because I would Make Sandwiches, Trade Cemetery Plots and/or Babysit Your Grandfather as part of the downpayment on a property. I had very little cash. I got good at flipping not just houses, but cheap used cars out of the newspaper too.
I gotta say that Flipping Cars is the closest thing "Instant Money" that I've ever known!
If you can do a lot of shining up and little wrench twisting or facilitate repairs cheaply, you can make bank flippin' cheap rides. But if you sell more than 10 a year most US States want you to get a dealers to license. If you enjoy it and are good at it, that might be a good way to go!
Develop a Wealthy Mindset and "Instant Money" does not seem so absurd.
Whatever you're doing, PAY ATTENTION! What did you do right/wrong? LEARN! Find an old dude/gal who has done well and pick their brain.. BUT! DO NOT ASK TO BORROW MONEY FROM THEM!!! Every stupid unmotivated shmuck in the world has asked them for money, you want to ask how to make money!! Read Robert Allen's book "Creating Wealth." "Don't Wanters" are Houses that people don't want, for whatever reason.
I have a routine/system that I've used many times over the years to find the next don't wanter. Some people say: "Buy Low, Sell High" But you do not have to remodel a home to "Flip" it. "Buy Low and Sell It Wholesale" works just fine, if not faster!
Maybe someday I should write that routine down and sell a few copies!
