Such as a real estate agent who has unique knowledge of a positive niche and provide access to the best listings along with a proven track record of client success that can streamlines the process by networking with mortgage people.

As you know people don't trust any strangers. So if you make a cold call as a stranger, you will face an uphill climb in conditions of real estate lead generation. The successful key, then, is only to encourage faith among your target audience. This will help you to conquer the natural disbelief people have and make them more likely to get in touch with you.
