1) Updating Acrobat Software

Here are the steps on how to update acrobat software:

  1. Right-tap on the start menu and choose Run.
  2. Type “appwiz.cpl” in the search box and then tap on OK.
  3. Choose Adobe Acrobat and then tap Uninstall.
  4. Tap the “Yes” option to confirm your change.
  5. Now you need to restart your Windows after uninstalling the Adobe Acrobat.
  6. Now, launch the “Adobe Acrobat page” in the browser.

2) Disable Antivirus Software

4) Repair Acrobat

  1. Tap Windows + X key on your keyboard to launch the command prompt.
  2. Here choose Run to launch an accessory.
  3. In the search field type “appwiz.cpl” and then choose Adobe Acrobat software in the result list to appear on your screen.
