4.    You need to change the URLs and packages with the updated version.

5.    You need to open the below-mentioned command for downloading the updated package:

wget https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server/0.9.12.4.1192-

9a47d21/plexmediaserver_0.9.12.4.1192-9a47d21_amd64.deb

6.    Once you have completed the installation procedure, the below-mentioned command will delete the installation program:

RM plexmediaserver_0.9.12.4.1192–9a47d21_amd64.debrm plexmediaserver_0.9.12.4.1192–9a47d21_amd64.deb

7.    You need to start restarting the computer.

8.    After that, try to run the Plex Media Server.

9.    You need to check whether the remote access error in the Plex media server is fixed or not.

3.    Keep pressing on the power key of every system.

  • Rather than finding the IP address, choose the Use the following IP address option.
  • Type the IP address which you wish to change.
  • Start adding the desired DNS server.
