Method 3: Update QuickBooks Desktop.

  • Launch QuickBooks through system admin.

  • Then, go to File from the menu.

  • Click on Close company.

  • Then, hit on Exit from the File.

  • Then, go to Desktop and run it as an administrator.

  • Open the software again and go to Help from the menu.

  • And click on Update QuickBooks. Select all the update options.

  • Tap on Check file damage only and select Diagnose file.
