Firstly, close the QuickBooks and move to C:\ Program Files\ Intuit\ QuickBooks.
Secondly, search for the QBW32.exe file and right-click on it.
Then, click on the Properties and go to the Digital Signature tab.
Now, make sure that Inuit is selected in the list of signatures.
After that, choose Details and tap on the View Certificate option under the Digital Signature Details window.
Tap on Install Certificate and choose Next.
Click on Finish and restart the system.
Reopen the QuickBooks and try downloading the updates again.
