Netflix Is Down

Remove the Data

Delete the data – Navigate to the remove data and click on it. As you have chosen the Clear data option, then you have to choose it again. As you have finished removing the data, move to the remove cache, and then choose the option.
Remove the plug and then plug again in Firestick – When the entire cache and data is cleared, disconnect the Firestick from the television and leave it for 30 seconds, then again plugin, then check if an issue has been resolved.

Update Netflix

Visit the app menu – Go to Home option and then head over to the App menu and then locate the Netflix app.
Check for updates – If the apps require an update, the update button will be visible to you as you press the app. Select the Update option and then wait till its fully finished. Then restart it to check if the issue resolves.

Update the Fire Stick Firmware

Visit the Home screen – Click on the Settings on the screen and then tap on System. Select the About option below the System section to check the recent Firestick firmware.
Update the Firmware – Navigate to check the System update, and the latest Fire Stick firmware will download automatically.
Install the latest firmware – When you have downloaded, you can choose the install system update option. Else the update will start to install automatically as you start again or keep the system idle for 30 minutes.
