Method – 1 Canon Service Mode

       Press the Zoom button five times and if you look at 2 LEDs that are turned on, ensure the printer is already in service mode condition. Method – 2 Examine the Ink Level

       If the ink level is lower than 50%, the printer will not work. Replace the ink cartridges

       Please take out the power cable from the printer to switch it off entirely and plug the power cord back to the printer and turn on the printer

       Let the printer start on its own, and the green LED will start blinking. Now press and hold the “Stop button” until the orange LED blink five times, and then release the button.

Method – 3 Reset Canon Printer

       Reset the printer to the factory setting if you are still facing the same error.

       Run and install the “Canon service tools program.”

       Now go to the “EEPROM” tab and press on EEPROM status to start resetting your printer.

       It will be asking about the paper source tray, leave it, and a message will show “a function was completed” on your computer screen

       On checking the ink counter, select “Main” and then press on the settings button and printer reset will start running, and it might take a few seconds to finish the process

       While it’s running. The LED light keeps on flashing; when it stops flashing, the printer reset process is completed successfully

        After completing the process, press on EEPROM status and after that, press on PRO and select the data to save option “EEPROM Save”, and in this way, the process is completed.
