SOLUTION Try to reduce UV exposure as much as possible by staying away from the sun. "It can be challenging to totally avoid the sun altogether," says Dr. Siew. "But we can reduce sun damage by applying broad spectrum sunscreen about 30 minutes before leaving the house."
