First of all, Go to the Google Account settings.

Then, further click on the Delete your account or services and again under the Account Preferences.

Again click on the Delete Products.

Now, Further make sure to select the Gmail account which user want to delete.

Further type the password in order to delete the password.

Click on the Next button and further click on the trash button.

Now enter a particular addres different from the associated gmail account/

Afterwards click on send verfication email and then open the emal from google ( No-reply@accounts.google.com) with having subect of Gmail deletion confirmaiton.

Follow the deletion link in the message and then log into the Gmail account.

Now further under the confirm gmail deletion, choose I want to delete permanently from the google account.

Click on done.
