How to Crop PDF Files with PDF Resizer

In case you wish to crop many Portable Document Format documents in an individual document, then you can do this with the help of the “Snipping Tool” and “Microsoft Word” on your Windows PC and use “Preview” on your Mac. In case you don’t have Microsoft Word on your system, then use a “PDF resize” to crop Portable Document Format files.

•    Go to the “PDF Resizer” website. Open your default web browser and enter the URL pdfresizer.com.

•    Press the “Split PDF” button. You will find this in the left column of the webpage.

  • In case the Portable Document Format is coming only in the one sheet, skip that step and press the “Crop PDF” button.

•    Press the “Choose Files” option. It resembles a silvery option located in the center of the webpage. After pressing it, a page of a new tab will get open on your screen.

•    Choose the “PDF” option. Press the Portable Document Format folder which you wish to use. You need to press its storage file on the left column of the screen.

•    Press “Open” button. You will find this on the right side of the screen. By following this step, it will automatically place the Portable Document Format folder to the “Portable Document Format Resizer” page.

•    Press “Uploads Files” option. It resembles violet option located at the end of the webpage.

•    Go through the one page per file column. You will get this under the Portable Document Format’s screen.

•    Split the Portable Document Format. Press the “Looks good, do the magic” option, after that, just wait for the Portable Document Format to split up in the single sheets

  • It will take a few times in case the Internet connectivity of your system is slow, and the file of the Portable Document Format is large.

•    Install the Portable Document Format. Press the circle shape “Download” option given on the right column of the webpage. The Portable Document Format’s single sheets will get installed.

•    Remove the Portable Document Format folders. It will make sure that you are able to crop and combine the Portable Document Format folders. Here’s how:

  • On Windows: Double click the “Zone Improvement Plan” file, press “Extract,” tap “Extract all” option and after that, press “Extract” button when asked to unzip the file.
  • On Mac: Double-click the “Zone Improvement Plan” file so that you can unzip the file.

•    Again open the “Portable Document Format Resizer” website. In case you already closed the Portable Document Format website, then try to open that website again.

•    Tap the “Crop PDF” button. It is located on the upper side of the Portable Document Format Resizer website.

•    Press the “Choose Files” option.

•    Choose a “Portable Document Format” sheet. Press one-sheets of the Portable Document Format which you wish to split.

  • One sheet can be cropped only at one time. In case you store two sheets, then the same setting will be placed on both of the sheets.

•    Tap the “Open” button. It is located on the right column of the screen.

•    Press the “Upload Files” option.

•    Choose a “Crop Area.” Press and pull the mouse over the column of the Portable Document Format which you wish to save.

•    Press the “Crop it” button. It resembles a violet option located at the end of the sheet.

•    Install the “Sheet.” Press the “Download” button under the “Portable Document Format” cropped file given on the right column of the sheet. The process of installing a file will start on the system.

  • You can store other Portable Document Format sheet and then crop that sheet in case you already have many sheets to crop.

•    Tap the “Merge PDF” tab. You will find this in the left column of the “Toolbar” button

which is located on the upper side of the sheet.

•    Press “Choose Files.”

•    Choose all the Portable Document Format’s sheets.

•    Tap the “Open” button.

•    Press “Upload Files.

•    Go through the “Portable Document Format’s Order.”

•    Tap “Looks good, do the magic” option. •    Go up and install the Portable Document Format.
