Using water and baking soda

When you want to remove stubborn stains on an iron plate easily, use this method. Take two tablespoons of baking soda and water. Add some water in a bowl and baking soda, mix the mixture with a spoon. Make sure the iron is unplugged and is gently cool. Apply the paste on plate holes with the help of cotton swabs and cover the other area with a microfiber cloth. You can rub paste with soft hands until those stains are not removed. Then clean with damp cloth.

Using laundry detergent

Laundry detergent is very useful to clean iron plate if iron has a non-stick plate. Take any detergent, put it in a bowl and mix with warm water. Rub this mixture on a plate with the help of soft cloth to protect from scratching. Rub the mixture for 10 minutes.

Using candle wax

Another popular trick to remove rust on the plate. This trick can remove all the substances from the plate giving it a new look. Turn on the iron at low temperature and spread the wax on a plate with the help of the dry cloth. If sometimes the rust is not removed, then spray some vinegar on the plate. After that, clean the iron plate with a soft cloth.
