Understanding Texture, Colour and Fabric- Designers are required to have a good sense of texture, colour and fabric. As all this is needed to help them build their products.

For Example- you'll need to know whether a garment would work best in silk chiffon or another material. You'll also need to know which combinations of colours will be most flattering on a piece of clothing. It is these differences that make a design stand out.

Improve visualization skills- Prior to drawing skills, a good designer must have some strong visualization skills to help build their product from scratch. This enables the students to translate their ideas on paper.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Designing footwear, clothing and accessories require collaboration with other colleagues as well. This not only helps designers to collaborate with their colleagues but also enables them to share their vision with them.

Interest in current fashion trends- Pearl will help the students to stay up to date with the current fashion trends. This will help them to know what people are wearing. Knowing what’s on trend will help the students to know what the public is buying and what designers are creating.
