Females with endometriosis may experience infertility issues. Complications with endometriosis:

The occurrence of endometriosis can obstruct the tubes and affect the fertilization process. In many cases, the condition might affect fertility in indirect ways such as to cause damage to the egg or sperm. Apart from this, the chances of ovarian cancer are higher in the case of women with endometriosis. Certain studies have revealed the increased risk but it is still relatively low.
