Homemade Funfetti Cupcakes

You’re nothing like me yum maybe.  Maybe you are very duper organized and have all you need for a recipe always, every single time.  You sweep through the supermarket maybe, diaper and kids handbag in tow, singing “A Fantasy is really a Wish Your Heart Helps make.”  Maybe.

But maybe, may Be just, there are times when you’re like me personally (the juice cups hanging from our pockets and the frozen grin on my face when i make an effort to navigate Walmart WITHOUT stopping at the Lego and Matchbox vehicle aisles (I’m sorry- did I simply hear the rumblings of WWIII????), you might then, might forget something sometimes just, before leaving the shop.  You might get all of the real way home and recognize that BLAAAAAST it.  You forgot to seize a cake combine, and you want 2 dozen cupcakes for the son’s school TOMORROW.  *encounter plant.  How will you keep in mind Brussels sprouts and your investment cupcakes?  Ahh, adulthood, you're a cruel world, certainly.

Well, my hectic, disorganized close friends (and my closet, disorganized busy friends who all pretend you aren’t hectic and disorganized . . . ) there's hope.  This recipe helps you to save your daily life on several occasion (I might or might not speak from encounter, here).  This is how to make funfetti cupcakes such as a mix basically, without a mix.  And you shall love the difference.  This means that today, you can make cupcakes , WITHOUT heading back to the shop.  You are clear of cake mix bondage.  You're oh-so-welcome.

1 cup margarine or butter, softened

1/2 cups white sugar

4 eggs, room temperature

3/4 cup dairy

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups all objective flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Icing Ingredients:

1 cup butter (zero substitutes), softened

4 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract

4-5 tbsp. dairy, based on your icing consistency preferences

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions:
To help make the cupcakes, cream room temp butter and glucose until lighting and fluffy together.  Add vanilla and eggs and combine well, scraping bowl halfway through mixing to make sure that all of the butter gets incorporated.  Mix inside baking salt and powder.  Add flour and milk, mixing just until combined slowly.  Mix in rainbow sprinkles and part batter into muffin tins about 1/8″ from the very best of the muffin papers, utilizing a cookie scoop regarding cupcakes even.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes roughly, or until cupcakes springtime when touched and move the toothpick test.  Allow to great before decorating completely.
