“Home is where the heart is” Why is that so?

by Swapnil Jukunte Search Engine Marketing and Optimization Company

You must have heard these sayings a lot “home is where the heart is” or “There is no place like home”, etc. Why is that so? What is so special about having your own house? These are not some cheesy lines that are said by someone just for the sake of saying. The lines have some deep meanings.

Your home is the place that is built by you or your ancestors with so many dreams, desires, and much more. It is the place where you find all your comfort that cannot be found in any 5-star hotel room. The place where you sit with your family, enjoy every single second with them, play, eat, learn and do so many things that make you happy, healthy, and full of joy. A house is not built with cement or concrete, rather it is built by the people who live there. The relationship, bonding, and love shared by all the family members make a house perfect. Every house has a member who is considered the head of the family. It is his/her duty to maintain a healthy relationship between all the family members.

A house is a place where kids learn manners, discipline, and family values. The kids notice everything and they learn what they see inside the house. Hence, all the family members must nurture their future generation with love and respect.

Let us check out some tips on how to build a healthy home:

The key to every happy family is the relationship and bond shared by all the family members. If the bond of love is shared between everyone, there will be peace in the house and the atmosphere will always be happy and healthy.

The home is the foundation of the family where the principles and values are shared by all the members. In such families, the members sit together, invest some time with each other, discuss important topics, take the opinions of each other, and share their hearts without any hesitation. Children grow up with their grandparents hearing so many old-time stories, about how they used to live without facilities, the atmosphere of villages, their friends, how they used to respect their elders, and much more. The teenagers are allowed to ask all the stupid questions that are answered smartly by their parents, uncles, and grandparents to help with their curiosities.

The ultimate beauty of having a happy family is the time when everyone sits together in the evening, has dinner together, and debates various issues. This is the routine and they do not have to wait for the holidays to be together with each other.

Every family follows some tradition and culture. It is important to teach the children their traditional values and this can only be done when the whole family believes in such traditions and loves to follow them. The kids get to learn various religious and spiritual values that help them in becoming better people in the future.

Hence, this is the reason people say “home is where the heart is”
