TB-80 Transparent Filler Masterbatch is a good product for thin agriculture films. It helps to reduce cost while the transparency and strength can be kept. Some customers is using 15% -- 15kg TB-80 + 85% HDPE and additive , the film still good transparency and strong strength, and very nice glossness.

It is much better than using calcium carbonate filler.

Adding rate:

For LLDPE Agriculture Film, Mulch Film: 5-30%;

The exact adding rate is according to film requirement. It is suggested to start with 10% to see if it meets your requirement. Some may be higher percentage still accept, some 15% is enough.
