Healthy and glowing skin

Healthy skin is skin that is soft, not dull. We all want your skin to be healthy and glowing because your skin gives the real image of how we are taking of yourself. It is important to keep our skin hydrated. Our skin loves moisture so drinking water is important for healthy skin. It is important to drink 7-8 glasses of water per day. I suggest carrying a water bottle with you whenever you go somewhere for a long period. There are various home remedies which keep your skin healthy: - 

1. Diet- nutrition is not only important for your health but also for the skin. Protein provides skin cells with the building blocks to maintain hydration. Eat natural fats such as avocado, coconut, olives. These fats keep your skin glowing. 

2. Sleep- sleep is also important for the skin. Your skin has a lot to do during the day so to keep your skin healthy it is very important to sleep as skin does its most significant repair work. 

3. Aloe Vera- It is one of the best home remedies for healthy skin. The leave of the plant is directly applied to the skin or it can be used in the form of a gel. It acts as s natural moisturizer for Glowing and Healthy skin.

4.Olive oil- It is the best remedies for dry skin. It has a great benefit on the skin. It also helps in the prevention of whiteheads and blackheads on the face.

5. Egg white- It provides natural skin softness which makes the skin naturally beautiful. They also help in the removal of wrinkles from the skin. 

6. Ubtan- It helps in making skin naturally glow. It is also known for its beneficial uses in the removal of skin tanning. It provides beautiful texture to the skin and make it soft.  

7. Multani mitti- It acts as a skin cleanser. The face pack consists of Multani mitti considered to be the best remedies for glowing skin.
