Many people today are starting to make healthier choices in what they eat and drink. From choosing organic to reduced fat, low fat milk and more.

Of coarse you pay more for the benefits or what you think are benefits, right. Is this just a way to raise prices sky high on our food or is it done in our best interest?

What are your thoughts? Are you making healthier choices? Does the taste of healthy taste of good quality or do you have to trick yourself to eat/drink it.
