Sometimes when me take our dive, our body will be immersed in colder temperature which may cause a spike to your heart rate which may cause rise on your blood pressure. Deep and Slow breathing while diving is essential because it helps you optimize and conserve your air consumption. Lung expansion injury is reduced when you are maintaining your breathing slowly. Also breathing slowly reduces mucus build up which studies shows that it is also connected in lessening the case of asthma.

The slow and deep breathing is like breathing. It induces a calm state in your body whilst lessening some issues or tensions that you might suffer in school, work, family issues, and other problems.
