The conversation centered around how horrible a number of the things in the publication were. I had observed the novel listed on The New York Times Bestseller List, and it appeared as if it might remain there indefinitely. After having been to the waiting list for what seemed like an eternity at the local library, I was finally able to obtain a copy.
