Another Large Customer Win
Teamphoria’s
UK partner CulturVate landed our newest customer, the UK National Health
Service (NHS) one of the largest employers in the UK. NHS selected Teamphoria
and CulturVate to help boost internal communications. They will introduce the
Teamphoria platform to their workforce as a mechanism to build, measure and
grow the internal corporate culture. The software will be distributed initially
into each Hospital and Surgery Clinic in Wales.
Teamphoria
increases internal communication between different organizational departments
and management levels through a desktop or mobile application. It is
particularly useful in organizations with multiple locations. The NHS selected
the tool as a means of more quickly and efficiently connecting and engaging
their workforce on a professional level. This will enable the NHS to be more
proactive around staffing requirements, involving staff in those plans and
activities directly. The follow-on objective is to help improve employee
retention and reduce sick rates and industrial actions.

Teamphoria: Automated Organizational Goal Progress
We’re
excited about a new year and a new feature update we recently released around
Goal Setting! We’ve added a new option when setting Organizational Goals — the
ability to automatically aggregate milestones on associated Team Member goals
to give a real-time view of how your organization is progressing.
This update will allow your organization to:
– Automatically aggregate associated Team Member goals, and update the
Organizational Goal progress bar when a Team Member updates their associated
goal.
– Decide whether to hide or display associated Team Member goals on the
Organizational Goal page, while still aggregating completed milestones.
– Further filter and search the aggregated list as an HR Admin to monitor
progress and analyze goal data.
