If the investor is applying for Citizenship along with his immediate family of 3 (spouse and 2 dependent children), then their donation amount should be USD $200,000 and above. Any additional member would cost them an added USD $25,000. If the applicant is accompanied by parents who are not beyond 55 years of age, an additional sum of USD $50,000 will be added. The real estate into which the amount has been put in should be maintained for at least 4 years of time. With this minimum amount of investment, the investor, his/her spouse and 2 dependent children qualify for citizenship. For every additional dependent children an additional fee of USD $25,000 will be charged. For eligible parents who are not beyond 55 years of age, charges upto USD $50,000 would be applicable. If a sibling of the investor will be part of the applications, then an additional fee of USD $75,000 will be applicable.

The investor and his co-applicants will be of good back ground with no criminal charges against them. They will need to provide a certificate to prove the same. The investor and the co-applicants will have to provide medical certificates to prove sound health. They should be of out-standing character.
