Green tea and its health benefits

In traditional medicine , the tea has been used to treat intestinal pain and diarrheal . It is also used (alone or incorporated with henna ) applied locally to give the hair a dark brown hue.
The tea plant , shrub known first in Asia , is currently grown in northern Morocco .
Terminals, not fulfilled , and the last leaves , handpicked buds are roasted without being fermented in the case of green tea.
Black or white green tea , contains essences , tannins , flavonoids and caffeine .
First known and highly popular in Asia for a long time for its digestive , stimulant and diuretic properties. Currently, it is scientifically recognized tea multiple benefits :
- It reduces the bad cholesterol (LDL) in the body and plays a protective role against hypertension , cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
- It has an anti oxidant and plays a major role in slowing the aging of the organism .
- It has a protective effect against certain cancers : esophagus , prostate, skin ...
- The tea has anti microbial effects , particularly against bacteria in the mouth .
And to enjoy the benefits of tea , WHO (World Health Organization ) recommends a dose of 2 cups per day of tea brewed long enough, up to ten minutes.
However, tea consumption should be limited in pregnant women and people with anemia . It can inhibit the absorption of iron from the diet . The excess should also be avoided in people prone to anxiety.

Après l'eau, Le thé est la deuxième boisson consommée à travers le monde .
Au Maroc, c'est le thé vert qui est l'infusion traditionnelle favorite, souvent parfumé à la menthe et, malheureusement, très sucré.
En médecine traditionnelle, le thé a toujours été utilisé pour soigner les douleurs intestinales et la diarrhée. Il est également employé (seul ou incorporé au henné) en application locale pour donner aux cheveux une teinte brune foncée.
Le théier , arbuste connu d'abord en Asie, est actuellement cultivé au nord du Maroc.
Les bourgeons terminaux, non épanouis, ainsi que les dernières feuilles , récoltés à la main, sont torréfiés sans être fermentés dans le cas du thé vert.
Le thé vert ,noir ou blanc, renferme des essences, des tanins, des flavonoïdes, ainsi que de la caféine ( ou théine) .
D'abord connu et fortement apprécié en Asie depuis fort longtemps pour ses propriétés digestives, stimulantes et diurétiques. Actuellement, on reconnait scientifiquement au thé des bienfaits multiples:
- Il réduit le taux du mauvais cholestérol (LDL) dans l'organisme et joue un rôle protecteur contre l'hypertension artérielle , les maladies cardiovasculaires et le diabète.
- Il a une action anti oxydante et joue un rôle majeur dans le ralentissement du vieillissement de l'organisme.
- Il a une action protectrice contre certains cancers: oesophage, prostate, peau...
- Le thé a des effets anti microbiens , notamment contre les bactéries de la bouche.
Et pour profiter des bénéfices du thé, l'OMS(organisation mondiale de la santé) conseille la dose de 2 tasses par jour de thé infusé suffisamment longtemps, jusqu'à dix minutes.
Cependant, la consommation du thé doit être limitée chez la femme enceinte et les personnes anémiées. La théine (ou caféine ) peut inhiber l'absorption du fer apporté par l'alimentation. L'excès est également à éviter chez les personnes sujettes à l'anxiété.
