  Be sure to read the information on the screen and then select ‘Reset phone’. Then you might have to enter your PIN< password, or pattern if you have a screen-  lock.After that, select ‘Erase everything’ and this will delete all data from the internal storage and reset your device to factory settings.

The final step in this process is to reboot your Android device and check to see if Google Maps is working!
