I have been long in the field of development and have played with many languages and Frameworks. The only reason I do development is my passion for it! I just love solving the most complicated problems and face challenges with many sleepless nights. This is so called one of the topmost “good sides” for going for any development! You need not work too hard for merely configuring the same using huge number of file, which becomes just too clumsy and hard to maintain in the future. You can do so many things with ROR as far as web applications are concerned. Hence with ROR one can get more time to incorporate the logic then to move round and round with the arduous configurations as seen in many other technologies.

In short, ROR gives many advantages which are really wonderful when it comes to the development.  Just you need to hire the best ROR programmer who has good logic and on the top, best problem solving skills.
