CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test that is an entrance test India for which each year thousands of candidates applies. The test is conducted by 16 National Universities of Law in India so that the best candidates can get their enrolments in the best law colleges of India. Each year the test is conducted by one of the 16 National Law Colleges. The entrance test for CLAT is quite difficult and it needs a lot of preparation. Application for CLAT 2016

The CLAT test is for two levels, both undergraduate and the graduate level. For candidates who are applying for the undergraduate level should have passed their higher secondary exam with a minimum of 45%, while candidates applying for the graduate program should have passed the undergraduate program in Law with minimum 55% marks. Also the candidate applying for CLAT test should be of lesser than 20 years in age and should be an Indian in nationality. The application form has to be filled up online on the official site of CLAT before the declared date. While filing up the form and submitting it the candidates have to also make a payment of the application fee that is of Rs. 4,000 for normal candidates and Rs. 3,500 for the reserved quotas such as SC and ST. The payment can be made easily through a number of modes such as debit card, credit card and others from the website itself.

Getting prepared for CLAT 2016

CLAT entrance test is a tough thing to appear and has to be prepared well not only to get through it but also to secure good scores to get admission in the best college. There are a number of coaching centers now that can help you in preparing for the test and knowing about the various rules and regulations for appearing in the test. But there are some ways how you can gain some extra confidence for the test.

Some of the subjects that you have to prepare for the test are General Knowledge, English, logical reasoning, legal aptitude, elementary mathematics, current affairs and others. Among these various subjects, the subject that you should prepare the best is the legal aptitude. In legal aptitude, you have a number of things to reason, understand the facts and then answer the question.
