German Lotto Rules – September 2020

Since the 23. September 2020 new rules have been implemented to the German LOTTO 6 aus 49. The general price per line increased by 20 Cents and is now 1.20 Euro. The ticket fees that come on top stay unchanged and vary depending on which region and with which provider you're playing with.

Another change in rules is the introduction of a jackpot cap. Instead of a guaranteed payout after nobody hits the first price for twelve draws, the jackpot can now rise up to 45 million euros before the guaranteed payout.
