The showrunners of ‘Game of Thrones’ gave a confirmation that in the last episode, Drogon took Daenery’s to Volantis after her death.

The series finale made its viewers come up with innumerable questions. Luckily, a single query has been finally replied by the showrunners that Drogon did carry Daenerys to Volantis. The final episode of ‘Game of Thrones’ displayed the Daenerys’ death and let’s just say it was controversial at the very least.

As soon as Daenery is murdered, Drogon comes to the frame and tries to awake her. After that, Drogon carries Daenerys’ body and flies to the part which is not known to anyone. The blurred story is that the exact location where Drogon was going as it is unknown. However, Bran did ask about the Drogon in one of the council scene. In reply to it, Sam stated that Drogon was last time seen eastwards towards Volantis. Bran even said that there are chances he can search him and the story of Drogon is not ended clearly at the end of the show also. Some Game of Thrones fans suggested theories behind why he was found near Volantis.

It has been found that Drogon’s exact destination with confirmation has been given to the showrunners on the DVD/Blu ray commentary for the last episode. By the Cinemablend–the showrunners have mentioned Dragon did take the Daenery’s body to Volantis. The given statement can be connected to the famous ‘fan theory’ which is Drogon has taken Daenerys to get her back in life. Because over there, strong, powerful priests of R’hollar located in the city who can do this work.

The viewers came up with plenty of unanswered queries related to Drogon’s choice for taking Daenerys to Volantis. Questions like- Are there any particular reasons behind he flew over there? Is there anyone over there tempting to have Drogon over there for bringing back Daenerys to life? Is the reason behind enquiring Bran about Dragon in the last scene was a way to stop Daenery’s to come back to life? A theory says that Bran was planning to become a ruler for a long span of time and wishing not to take any kind of risk regarding it. The worst part is that there still remains, which is meaningless about Daenerys’ final location area. So that can be only a coincidence that Drogon took the body over there.

The final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ was not well-received by both fans as well as critics. The actors of the show wish to have an alternate end to their story. The chances of having a sequel to Game of Thrones is not much. After all, HBO is presently paying attention to the coming House to the Dragon prequel show.
