One notable feature of TUSK is TUSK Search, a search engine built into the platform that lets you select search results based on your preferred ideological values: left, right, or center.

“This unique functionality ensures that users have control over the information they receive. In addition, it allows them to see what side each search result is leaning towards, which can help them create more informed opinions,” Bermant explained.

He added that even though TUSK features a news feed with content from select outfits like Fox News and The Daily Wire, you are free to customize the feed according to your preferences.

While TUSK shares similarities with Chrome, as both are built using the open-source Chromium project, the developers have made efforts to differentiate TUSK. One notable modification is disabling Google’s ability to track you while you’re using the platform, allowing for more private browsing.

Furthermore, the browser ensures that your data, including browsing activity and typed information, remains private and secure. User data is either stored locally on the device or encrypted, making it inaccessible to anyone—and that includes TUSK itself!
