-    Orange

Also an excellent source of Vitamin C, the orange fresh fruit juice contains zinc and iron – both essential ingredients for strengthing the immune system. According to studies conducted by numerous researches, this juice also helps in reducing the risk of infant allergy and diseases and in the formation of red blood cells and new tissues. It also plays an essential role in the development of placenta in pregnant women.

-    Apple

Full of essential minerals and nutrients, both – the fruit and its juice are considered one of the best for pregnant women. Apple juice blend is known for keeping pregnancy weight gain at bay and aid the development of the baby’s brain, increase immunity and prevent sleep disorders and problems. Apples also prevent anaemia during pregnancy and are an excellent source of iron.
