Sleeping sound at night brings you good fortune. There is no astrology behind this statement but a bit of logic. Unless a person is able to sleep at night how can he be expected to be active and productive to his full capacity?
And here we are not gender or age biased, whosoever wants to catch a good night sleep should take care that:
1. Your phone is not nearby. What can be more tempting than a buzzing phone kept near your head? Americans tend to check their phones even at 2 in night. Keep it at a distance where it is not easily approachable and you will be gradually saved. Same goes with e-readers and other gadgets too.
2. Brew a cup of coffee. Do you like to end you last meal of day with a warm drink? Coffee is a red flag for better sleep. Even a decaf before bedtime should not be your cup. Also, avoid drinking tea as it is also not favorable for catching sleep.
3. Booze and smoke. Smoking is terribly wrong for your health and also makes you sleep deprived. Sipping in your favorite wine may make you think that you will sleep easily but it can impair your sleeping patterns during metabolism of alcohol. Turn down the glass of wine right before bed.
4. Munch spicy. Your dinner has to be light and less. It should not include any spicy foods that can make you feel more than full and uncomfortable during bedtime.
