Relocation is a very daunting task and when it comes to relocation of your office, it is not just daunting but also a period where you experience mixed emotions. You will be surprised, happy, confused, and sad all at the same time because, at the point where you will feel that the new space is bigger and better for your employees, you will also think that this place might have several kinds of issues that your employees won't be able to deal with. But, even after so many confusions and aversions, be it a boss or a clerk, everybody is happy once they become a part of the new office. After all who doesn't see themselves in a better office and a bigger space after their share of struggles?

Now, having said that, it is quite clear that it is not the relocation process that brings different kinds of emotions in you, but it is the questions that are in your head that trouble you. You might think that you are all sorted and you need to worry about nothing but the fact is that no matter what in your back of mind, you will keep thinking about the pros and cons of shifting. Before you relocate to a new office, this is probably the first question that you should ask. Offices are all about servers and if your new office doesn't provide you room for the same or does not have a proper room for it to cool down then the office is probably a waste of money for you.

         2. Does the Property have Enough Connection Points?

In an office, there are multiple things that you will need to connect like- cell phones, TVs, phones, computers, fax machines, printers, etc. So, basically, the list is endless and that is why you will need ample connection points. You might consider it as a pity issue that can be dealt with later but in the end, it will turn out to be a deal breaker.

        3.  Are There Any Issues Related To Wiring?

If your new office has bad wiring, it can lead to many issues such as an unsafe environment, delay in the production work, and financial hardships. So, before you get your office relocated or even before you seal the deal, make sure to have a good look at the wiring of the space. You can tag along with an electrician as well if the building is too old because old building tends to have bad wiring and chances of an accident are also higher.

        4.  Ask Questions About Multiple ISPS

Ask anything and everything related to ISPs as they are an essential for any office. Ask the seller if the property provides you with a variety of service providers of the internet? Staying online is crucial for all the employees of an office, hence a good internet connection is a must. Make sure that you get all the matters related to the internet sorted before you relocate to your new office. 

        5. Ask If You Will Need Many Wireless Routers?

Basis your demands and the area of the office, ask the seller of the office, how many wireless routers will you require to make it accessible for everyone. You also need to ask them that if the wireless routers will be compatible with your space or not. And, always keep in mind that you will have to relocate only after the installation of the routers in the office.
