Stretching exercises

Stretching the muscle lengthening required stating the shoulder horizontally (pulling your hand over the top of your chest) or rotate inward. Stretching bending sitting , for example, involves lean forward from a sitting position, placing your hands on your waist thumbs down and elbows bent, pressing your elbows on the floor until you feel slight tension in your shoulders and the upper part of your back. You can also exercise the same standing. Hold the final position for 10 to 30 seconds, slightly deepen the stretch with each exhalation breathing normally. O stretching repeatedly executes and returns to the starting position for the same amount of time.
