Cotton Filter Cloth
Cotton material should be deep in the alkali solution for a proper gasket effect during the filtration process. Naturally, cotton fabrics are ideal for neutral filter pulp with a temperature below 100°C, a maximum of 20°C for acidic filtration and below 10 degrees for alkali solution

Polyester Filter Cloth
Many manufacturers continue to accept the use of polyester filter cloths due to its strong acid resistance and effective resistance against high temperatures usually above 150°C. As such, it is possible to single out surface finishes other excellent features of polyester that make it an effective filter material include high tensile strength, resistance to wear and tear, high permeability, and sleekness.

Nylon Filter Fabric
Nylon is mostly used because it has the highest resistance to rubbing compared to the top three filter fabrics namely cotton, polyester, and polypropylene. It is therefore mostly used in filtration applications of wet solids and dust. It is also effective in ceramics, metallurgy, wastewater treatment, and mining.

Versatile Polypropylene
PP filter fabric is mostly used in the liquid-solid filtration process due to its exceptional filter cake release and effective resistance to most acids and basic solutions. It is also the preferred choice for dye production because of its low moisture absorption. It works best at a regular temperature of 90°C. It is mostly used in wastewater treatment plants, mining, and metallurgy.

Vinylon Filter Cloth
The best properties of vinylon include incredible resistance to alkali and excellent moisture absorption. It is highly durable compared to cotton and has outstanding resistance to abrasion.
