Female Infertility Causes And Solution
by Lena Burkut WriterFemale infertility is a derived
terms as there is nothing called as infertility in female. The inability of a
woman to conceive is termed as female infertility. There are many reasons why a
woman faces difficulty in conceiving. We will break down all the possible
reasons for female infertility. Some of these points were collated during my
research at a fertility
clinic in mumbai.
Ageing is the foremost common
factor female infertility and this is the main reason why our society is
suffering from late marriage and misconceptions about pregnancy. Most of us
want to get married as late as possible because we all want to chase our
dreams. Career has become our most important thing which none of us would like
to compromise. Age and female infertility are indirectly propositional. A
woman’s fertility starts to decline once she has reaches early 30s and by the
time she reaches 35, 40% of the fertility would be gone already. Women also
tend to face age related illness like endometriosis which can further damage
the fertility health by reducing the chances of having a baby. IVF treatment also
turns to be less successful for women over 40 years of age. The primary reason
for this aging and the hormone changes that occur in our body after a certain
age.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome or
disease (PCOS/PCOS) is the most second most common reason for infertility in
women. PCOD is so common that it affects 1 in every 5 women. PCOD is a
condition which can be reversed. The main cause for PCOD in women is hormone
imbalance. The presence of male sex hormone, testosterone in female causes a
disturbance in the hormone system and misfires all the functions. Missed
natural periods, body hair, thyroid and diabetes are some of the common
symptoms of PCOD. At a fertility
clinic in Gurgaon, the most common reason for infertility in
women is PCOD.
Overweight is a serious illness.
It not only causes infertility but also other deadly heart diseases. Overweight
is the main cause of thyroid and heart diseases. A research study says that
women with thin waist have higher probability of conceiving than women with
increased waist lines. Delivery also becomes difficult for women with
overweight and 90% of the C-sections are performed for women at higher weight
brackets due to the increased risk of pregnancy complications.
