Sometimes, a caregiver has its own problem that can affect his work and that is the emotional imbalance. d. If you are feeling ill, a proper medication is needed.

e. Exercise, eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of water is also a huge solution for emotional distress.

f. Participate in trainings and proper handling of emotion most especially if you are dealing with emotional problems.
