 if that is the case then the customer is required to contact the support staff (I know it's been said many times but it needs to be said again) If you reply to a support ticket that has not yet been opened and has a pending ticket opening (even if it has been closed on your end), you will be blocked by ticket managers. You will receive a link to a support ticket for the same issue and you will need to click "Open new support ticket", or follow the instructions given by "Email customer support" when opening a support ticket. If you open a ticket and it is the same issue that has been on your end, then the customer support people will be unable to help and will be blocked too. You will also receive a link to a support ticket for the same issue once you click "Open support ticket". Do not be fooled.

When can you  ask any questions to the Equian response letter to a clients service agent?

Hi I hope you can help me this is my problem I have a small business I have been operating for 6 months now. Last week I was on my way home on my motorbikes from work and saw two security guys on the side of the road and at first they didn't pay much attention to me so I drove off but as I was going up I noticed a white van going very fast towards me speeding on the road and there was a car behind it it was a white van but was not in my blind spot. It was only a few hundred feet away and I made back way through the traffic and then saw it was a BMW that came out of nowhere it stopped behind the van for a second and then went straight at it.

We do not believe that any of the Equian.com services, systems or networks are vulnerable to physical or network attack. The Internet is a very safe place. There are several programs such as IPS, which monitor for malicious activity on the networks. It is possible for your browser to protect against malicious attacks and there are plenty of tools available to aid you with this.

If there is no response within three days or if an agent doesn't respond within three weeks, file a complaint with the Equinet Complaint Centre.

Yes. Just send us a letter to our US office. As for faxes, the US Office of the General Counsel has no fax capabilities. If we ask you to email a letter or fax and you are unable to do so, it is your responsibility or the responsibility of the sender to email the letter or file a Fax to us. If in doubt, send the Fax.
