When the entire city is dipped in the all-encompassing energy of Mardi Gras, it gives an excellent opportunity to rogues and thieves to carry out their dirty business. So, do not venture out alone to explore the city. There is power in numbers. Stick to your people and evade walking out in dark, deserted roads. Also, do not carry too much cash.
