Don't try to be everything...Just try to be what you dreamed!

Many of us, specially when we first start to involve with something, we're excited, we want to talk about this all the time and we want to leave everything behind and focus just to our new project. That's normal and I can understand the feeling. This "excitement" might be your worse enemy.

I'm not talking only about in the Network Marketing. This affect everything in our life. If you put all your energy, leave everything behind, when the first disappointment comes, you will give up, you will quit.

MAKE A SHORT TERM AND A LONG TERM PLAN

When you start, the first thing to do is to make an action plan for the first 3 months, the next 6 months and when you want to be in one year from now. Make also a financial plan with your new activity and put there the expenses and what you're planning to invest. Don't assume and predict any earnings for granted! That's the biggest mistake you'll make. Don't spent the money you have for your mortgage payment, your car payment and any other regular expense of your household. Besides the personal trouble you'll put yourself, you'll have problems with the other members of your household, who are depended on you. You'll need them to support you in your beginning, don't make them blame you for your bad decisions.

IT'S A PROCESS...Don't look the results that you might gain, focus in the process to gain the results!

Many of us make the mistake to make estimates for our future income, focused from other competitors or coworkers earn. Make a prediction for your future earnings and then write down the 50% of it. Never overestimate anything! It's better to predict $1000 and your earning will be $1100 than to predict $2000 and your earnings will be $1100. the result will put you in financial and emotional problem.

Don't try to skip steps from your action plan. It's a procedure you have to follow. A step by step procedure. You have to think it like this: You're an 7 yo child, who wants to be a doctor. Just because you want to be a doctor, you don't go directly to the Medical School. you have to follow the procedure. Elementary, Middle, High school, college and whatever is necessary. Your long term plan is to become a doctor but your short term plan is to succeed in every step that leads to your final goal.

Success is a procedure, it's not something that you can earn it overnight!

Plan, plan,plan be yourself and work hard to achieve your dreams and goals. In every level personal and professional.
