2.  Follow the User Manual before fixing the appliance.

Or if you have not received it, you can download the user manual /service manual from your product’s website easily (But in this case you must have the product’s model number and serial number). Check the manual and read the troubleshooting section thoroughly to check if you can easily detect the problem and resolve it without any assistance.

3.  Clean your refrigerator coils.

The basic and most common hack for refrigerator repair service is to check and clean the refrigerator coils, because dirt in the coils may cause refrigerator problems or operating speed issues.

For this, you have to look behind your fridge and remove the back panel if the coils are hidden. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove debris and dust from the coils or also you can wipe them clean using a dry cloth to see if this rectifies the problem.

4.  Check the seals

Ordinarily, the home appliances with sealing on their main door get loose with the long usage of the appliance and such loose seals can cause damage to your appliance. So, it is suggested to check these seals on a regular basis to look for damage, wear, or cracks.

Moreover, if you find it faulty or loose, you can get it replaced by the appliance manufacturer by purchasing it at the basic costs. Surely, the new seal will increase the life of your home appliance.
